Help at Hand Support Services seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care for clients with disabilities. Daily routines will vary, from outings to medical appointments and home support, with a focus on empathy and calm, adaptable assistance.

The role requires a current police check or international check, WWCC (if applicable), a Cert III in Disability or equivalent, a valid Australian driver’s license, and your own insured vehicle.
