About the Role
This is more than routine care it’s about connection, dignity, and impact.
You’ll deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned with our values, supporting residents to live with independence, comfort, and respect.
Your day will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assisting with meals, mobility, communication, and daily living activities
- Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
- Supporting medication assistance in line with care plans (where qualified)
- Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
- Ensuring dignity, privacy, and residents’ rights are always upheld
- Working collaboratively within a diverse, supportive team environment
About You:
- You’re someone who genuinely cares — and it shows in how you work.
- A strong commitment to making a difference in people’s lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to follow care plans and clinical direction accurately
- Strong documentation and reporting capability
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and resident rights
- A team-first mindset with a proactive approach
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Medication competency (HLTHPS007 – Administer & Monitor Medications)
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights
