What You Will Do

- Site Preparation: Remove old flooring, sweep, and prepare subfloors for installation.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport flooring products and tools.
- Installation Support: Assist with the fitting of various flooring materials.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace and look after tools.
- General Duties: Complete ad-hoc labouring tasks as directed.

What You Will Bring

- Work Ethic: A hardworking attitude, a strong willingness to learn, punctual and reliable.
- Physical Fitness:



Good physical stamina and fitness to comfortably handle lifting and manual labour.
- Teamwork: The ability to follow clear instructions and work effectively under supervision.
- Experience: Previous experience as a general labourer (flooring experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Licence & Transport: A valid Australian driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Background Check: Must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel (approximately one week out of every three).
- Work Rights: Full, unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia.
