We're looking for a motivated and reliable Bricklayer Apprentice to join our team of 2. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry while learning from experienced tradespeople.
What you'll do
- Assist qualified bricklayers with residentialprojects.
- Mix mortar and prepare materials.
- Carry and organise bricks, blocks, and tools.
- Set up and clean work areas.
- Learn bricklaying techniques, reading plans, and safe work practices.
- Use hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
What we're looking for
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.i>
- White Card (or willing to obtain one).
- Driver's licence and own transport preferred but not essential.
- Previous labouring or construction experience is an advantage but not required.
