About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Remote Telecoms Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated support team, serving customers in the Queenstown region and across South Africa. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle a variety of requests, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide excellent service from the convenience of your home. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding services, billing, technical issues, and account management.
- Provide clear and accurate information about telecoms products, services, plans, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues, guiding them through solutions or escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments.
- Process service requests, orders, and account changes efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
