About the role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful deployment of mySVDP (including Multi Factor Authentication) and Assistance and Welfare System (AWS) project to members. To achieve this the Project Coordinator will be responsible for undertaking project coordination and admin support across key project delivery activities, including delivery of change management and stakeholder management support, change management activities, delivery of training, conducting user acceptance testing and data migration activity in line with the project management plan set by the Project Control Group. The role will work closely with the Strategy Technology and Innovation team, CRM Lead and Senior Operations Manager Membership Support to ensure both projects are successfully delivered.
About you
You are an organised and proactive Project Coordinator who enjoys working with people and supporting projects through to delivery. You’re comfortable working with different stakeholders and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will bring:
- Experience in project coordination and administration,
including change and stakeholder activities.
- Experience supporting system implementations, including training and user support.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills.
- A collaborative, adaptable and hands-on approach.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector or working with volunteers/members is highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable.
- A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across Victoria.
Your Responsibilities
You will support the rollout of mySVDP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and the Assistance and Welfare System (AWS) across Victoria. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project activities, meetings, communications and reporting.
- Supporting change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assisting with system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration.
- Supporting system rollouts, training and onboarding for members.
- Preparing and reviewing training materials, communications and project documentation.
- Providing ongoing support to Conferences throughout implementation.
- Managing mySVDP and MFA enquiries and supporting rollout activities.
- Building positive relationships with members and staff to support successful project outcomes.
