About the Role

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products. You will be involved in all aspects of precast concrete production, working alongside an experienced team to manufacture high‑quality civil infrastructure products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with the manufacture of precast concrete products, including preparing moulds and formwork, placing reinforcement and cast‑in items, and pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete.

Stripping moulds, repairing and finishing products as required, and preparing completed products for storage or dispatch.

Reading and following production drawings and work instructions, and operating hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely.

Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the factory while maintaining a clean, organised and safe work workplace.

Complying with all Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures,



and undertaking general factory and production duties as required.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete (preferred), and a strong willingness to learn

A positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work well in a team and independently when required

Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Commitment to workplace safety and company policies

Sound verbal and written communication skills

Driver’s Licence – required

Forklift Licence – advantageous

Overhead gantry and front end loader – advantageous
