About the Role

We are looking for Packing Team Members to join our Packing Department at our Botany, NSW site.

This role is focused on picking, packing and preparing fresh bakery products for dispatch .

You'll play an important role in ensuring our freshly baked products are accurately packed, labelled and prepared for delivery to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

- Support packing, labelling, sorting and preparation of bakery products for dispatch in a fast-paced production setting
- Pick and pack bakery products accurately
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Check products and quantities against orders
- Sort and organise bakery products
- Handle and move packed bakery products
- Maintain a clean and organised packing area




- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a busy team

About You

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of repetitive packing and manual handling
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and follow established processes
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, food manufacturing or similar experience is advantageous

Our operation runs 7 days a week , and we require people who can provide flexibility across most days.

The standard shift for this role is: 7:00pm - 11:00pm

This is a casual position with the potential for regular evening shifts for the right candidates.
