Transit Systems is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team in Sydney. You will handle enquiries, manage feedback, and provide qualified information to customers via phone, email and other channels.
This casual role supports operations across Bankstown and other depots, with 2-3 days per week during business hours and flexibility to cover shifts. The successful candidate will be friendly, well-organised and customer-focused.
