McCrae Yacht Club in Victoria is seeking a proactive Membership & Development Coordinator to support growth, enhance member experience and strengthen community ties in McCrae, VIC. The role covers membership, sponsorship, clubhouse hire, communications and grants, working closely with the Commodore and volunteers.

This is a part time role with flexible hours (16 hours weekly plus 4 on Saturday mornings during sailing season) and potential additional weekend or seasonal hours, providing a
