Pattern is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Melbourne, a full time hybrid role based in our Melbourne office with Tue–Thu on site and Mon & Fri remote. You will drive lead generation, manage events, webinars, content, and email campaigns to grow Pattern's pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, partnerships, or technology and is ready to represent Pattern to prospective brands and partners while supporting our sales and partnerships teams.
