Love Isabelle Jewellery | 3–4 Days Per Week

We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-onPart-Time HQ Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney HQ warehouse.

This role is responsible for the smooth running of our warehouse, from order fulfilment and stock management through to returns, repairs, quality control and retail store replenishment. You will also manage our casual packing team and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the operations of the warehouse run efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in e-commerce, retail operations, inventory or warehouse management who enjoys working in a rapid-paced, growing fashion or jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily picking, packing and dispatch of online orders through Shopify.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately, presented to brand standards and dispatched within required timeframes.
- Manage shipping labels, carriers and dispatch throughStarshipit .
- Monitor daily order volumes and coordinate the packing team accordingly.

Stock Receiving, Quality Control & Inventory

- Receive incoming stock deliveries and check quantities and SKUs against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming stock.
- Ensure new stock is correctly received into Shopify, labelled, organised and stored appropriately.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across Shopify, HQ and all retail locations.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock transfers and replenishment between HQ and multiple retail locations.




- Ensure retail stores have appropriate stock levels based on their requirements.
- Coordinate and send packaging and operational supplies to stores weekly.
- Manage incoming customer returns, exchanges and repairs from receipt through to resolution.
- Ensure returned items are assessed and processed correctly and inventory is adjusted where required.
- Coordinate repaired and replacement items through to customer or store dispatch.

Warehouse Operations

- Take ownership of the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the HQ warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
- Ensure stock and packaging are stored correctly and stock locations are clearly maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, accuracy and efficiency.

Team Management

- Manage and support the casual warehouse and packing team.
- Delegate daily tasks and oversee workflow to ensure orders and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure the team follows the correct fulfilment, packaging and quality control procedures.

Customer Service

- Assist with customer service enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, returns, repairs and stock when required.
- Work with the wider team to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Reporting & Operations





- Report directly toOperations Manager .
- Attend weekly meetings with the Operations Manager to review warehouse performance, stock, dispatch, staffing and upcoming operational priorities.
- Proactively communicate any stock issues, delays, discrepancies or operational concerns.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced in warehouse operations, stock management, stocktakes and quality control.
- Must have strong working experience with Shopify, including order management, inventory management, stock adjustments and transfers.
- Must have experience using Starshipit for fulfilment, shipping labels, dispatch and carrier management.
- Confident working with inventory across multiple physical locations.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of their area.
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce and retail environment.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively across warehouse, retail and head office teams.
- Comfortable in a hands-on role and happy to jump between different operational tasks as required.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion or jewellery is highly regarded.

Reports to: Operations Manager

- This is a very independent, hands-on role with plenty of ownership and variety, ideal for someone who loves organisation, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
