Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play an significant role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance function. This is a hands-on junior position, making it ideal for someone with some administration or entry-level finance experience who is keen to develop their skills and grow within the role.
Key responsibilities
Managing supplier emails and processing invoices into our accounting systems
Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to supplier queries
Assisting with month-end processes
Supporting the Finance Manager and wider finance team with day-to-day accounting administration
Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Performing general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the finance function
About you
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good data entry and administration skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and team members
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
A proactive,
team-focused approach and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
Previous experience in accounts administration, accounts payable or a junior finance role will be highly regarded
