We are expanding our casual Workforce Scheduling team and are looking for reliable and adaptable people to support our operations across a broad range of hours.
Broad availability is essential
- Early mornings
- Daytime hours
- Afternoons and evenings
- Weekends
We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who can offer availability across different days and times, including outside traditional Monday-to-Friday business hours.
Based in Highton
Our Workforce Scheduling team coordinates employees across different regions, helping to ensure essential community services have the right people in the right place at the right time.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating and updating employee rosters
- Responding to vacancies, cancellations and unexpected changes
- Communicating with employees and operational leaders
- Working across different regional portfolios
- Maintaining accurate information in scheduling systems
- Finding practical solutions to time-sensitive staffing needs

Previous rostering or scheduling experience would be highly regarded. We also welcome applicants from people with strong experience in administration, customer service, contact centres, reception, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced environments.
