Aussie Broadband is recruiting a Senior Customer Success Manager in Melbourne, VIC. You will partner with valued customers as a trusted advisor, guiding their journey and aligning outcomes with product and service delivery.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery and Commercial teams to onboard, implement and sustain initiatives, while leading workshops, governance forums and regular reviews to ensure risks are addressed and value is delivered.
