NCS Australia is seeking a Product Manager (Identity Verification) to own and drive identity verification capabilities within our CIAM transformation program. Define policies, processes, and customer journeys balancing user experience with fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
You will work with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, Architecture, Fraud, Cyber Security, Privacy, and Operations to set verification levels across onboarding, recovery and high-risk transactions.
