The TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced OSHC regional manager to lead practice across 10 services in the West Melbourne region, with occasional travel to Trentham and Ballarat. You will support centre leaders, drive programming quality, safety, and compliance, and coach teams to improve outcomes for children.

You will oversee rostering, budgets and community engagement, while mentoring staff and cascading knowledge throughout the region.
