HPS Pharmacies is seeking an experienced and engaging pharmacy leader to take on the role of Pharmacy Manager at our Corrections Pharmacy in Coburg, Victoria .

This is an chance to lead a dedicated team, influence service delivery, and contribute to healthcare outcomes in the pharmacy corrections space. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, building solid stakeholder relationships, and driving a culture of excellence.

About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will provide operational and professional leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and meaningful pharmacy services.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians via 3 pharmacist in charges
- Creating a positive, high-performance workplace culture
- Managing pharmacy operations and service delivery
- Building strong partnerships with healthcare executive stakeholders
- Driving quality improvement initiatives




- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service outcomes

About You

You are a respected leader who enjoys mentoring others and bringing out the best in your team.

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services
