Optus is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to lead drafting, reviews and negotiations of customer contracts within the Wholesale Division. You will ensure legal risk management and compliance with internal policies and legislation, and provide commercial guidance to the division.

You will work closely with the Legal team, draft bespoke terms, and manage end-to-end contract governance from request to signing, while balancing business needs and regulatory requirements.
