As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, supporting your team, building strong family relationships and ensuring the centre continues to provide high-quality care and education.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of educators
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre
- Manage rosters, compliance and centre administration
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community
- Support occupancy growth and family engagement
- Ensure high standards of education and care are maintained
- Drive a positive team culture and support staff development
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting teams to succeed
