BluGlass Limited in Sydney is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to help develop and operate RPCVD and MOCVD equipment for GaN-based thin film semiconductors used in visible laser diodes. The role is team-oriented within a core technology team and involves device and materials analysis and reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering or science degree, with HV/UHV experience and hands-on deposition skills.
