MMS is seeking a Workforce Data & Forecasting Lead to turn data into transparent insights for Maxxia and RemServ Operations. You will forecast, analyse capacity and provide planning insights to drive service performance and growth.

The role will own forecasting methods and capacity frameworks across contact centre and processing operations, elevating reporting standards and building practical workforce models. Hybrid work options available.
