You will translate complex order lifecycle requirements into buildable technical specs and AI-enabled workflows across order management and fulfilment.

Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll own the technical backlog, craft acceptance criteria, and coach other BAs in Agile settings while shaping how AI can optimise operational
