Inside Out Therapy supports neurodivergent children, teens and families across three purpose built clinics on Brisbane's northside.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Counselling and Allied Health.

We provide family centred, relationship focused and neurodiversity affirming therapy that recognises every child as an individual.

Our role isn't to change who they are. It's to understand them, build their capacity and help them participate meaningfully in their everyday world.

About the Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team in Kallangur .

You’ll see no more than six clients per day, four days per week , giving you the time to deliver thoughtful and individualised therapy.

You’ll:

- Deliver play based, relationship focused and neurodiversity affirming therapy
- Support emotional, attentional and sensory regulation
- Build independence, participation and confidence in everyday life
- Develop meaningful therapy plans using formal and informal assessment
- Work closely with families throughout their therapy journey
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team




- Help translate therapy into home, school and everyday environments

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves therapy.

We want your time focused on meaningful work with children and families, not endless reports and unrealistic KPIs.

About You

You’ll need:

- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience or a solid interest in paediatrics
- A passion for supporting neurodivergent children and young people
- Ideally, experience with Autism, ADHD and/or trauma
- A current Working With Children Check, or eligibility to obtain one
- A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
