Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Razgrad, Bulgaria

Are you passionate about electrical systems, automation, and industrial technology? We're looking for anElectrical & Instrumentation Engineer to help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement, working on a wide range of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in a modern production environment.

What You'll Do

As an Electrical & Instrumentation Specialist, you will:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system failures to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain electrical installations, measuring instruments, control systems, actuators, and automation equipment.
- Read, interpret, and update electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Configure, calibrate, and optimize instrumentation and control devices.
- Support equipment upgrades, modernization projects, and new equipment installations.
- Develop or modify electrical diagrams and automation programs where required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Document maintenance activities and manage work orders within SAP and WAVE.
- Support maintenance planning and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators on new equipment and systems.
- Participate in an on-call/shift rotation when required.

What We're Looking For

Education





- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, automation, or industrial maintenance.

Technical Skills

You have:

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems and control equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation systems.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, control valves, and actuators.
- Good computer skills and experience using maintenance management systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Basic programming or PLC knowledge is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus.
