We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship South Yarra store , driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store that showcases the very best of the Samsonite brand while leading a high-performing team and driving commercial success.

A Day in the Life:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Drive commercial performance through effective leadership, coaching and sales strategies.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, store presentation, rostering and payroll.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
- Manage labour costs,



store budgets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and legislative obligations.
- Protect company assets through effective stock management, loss prevention and cash control processes.
- Partner with support office teams to execute marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives and business improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors and key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop successful retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sales targets, labour budgets and operational KPIs.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to create a positive and accountable team culture.
