An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Counsel to join the business on an initial 3-month casual assignment, providing practical commercial legal support across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Identify contractual risks and provide practical commercial advice
- Liaise with vendors,
suppliers and key stakeholders
- Support insurance, claims and other general legal matters as required
- Manage agreements through internal review and approval processes
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Australian legal qualification and admission to practise
- Strong commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation experience
- In-house or private practice backgrounds considered
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with solid stakeholder skills
- FMCG, consumer goods or similar experience advantageous but not essential
