Bayside Council in Arncliffe is seeking a hands-on Centre Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of Arncliffe Youth Centre. You will supervise staff and patrons, ensure safe, productive delivery of recreational programs, handle bookings and events, and report to the Centre Coordinator.
You will lead training, promote excellent customer service, manage opening/closing, respond to incidents, and coordinate across shifts from early morning to evening.
