About the Role

- Lead and inspire a team that delivers top-tier performance and exceptional customer service.
- Own the Trek brand and create unforgettable experiences for customers.
- Drive store results by meeting sales, margin,



and inventory goals.
- Lead visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization.
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals aligned with store strategy.

As a store manager, you are a founder and driving force.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Leadership – Led and developed teams in retail environments with exceptional results.
- Customer-Centric Mindset – Focus on outstanding service to every customer.
- Retail Expertise – 4+ years of retail experience, at least 2 years supervisory.
- Sales-Driven – Consistently increased sales and profit.
- Strategic Thinker – Identify opportunities and tackle challenges creatively.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with system and tools.
- Flexible Availability – Work weekends, evenings, holidays as needed.
