HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to work across Melton & Bacchus Marsh in a community-based setting. This permanent role offers a full time or part-time arrangement, with a structured induction and managed caseload to support a sustainable workload.

You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based positive behaviour support to a diverse caseload and collaborate closely with participants, families and multidisciplinary teams.
