We are seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join our service team, based out of ourTruganina branch in Melbourne.

The role

As a Field Service Technician, you will join a team of experienced professionals who take pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to our customers.

Working primarily in the field, your role will include servicing, diagnosing, repairing and problem solving on LiuGong construction equipment and heavy machinery. You will work closely with customers and our service team to ensure equipment is maintained and operating at its best.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in a similar field service or heavy machinery role, with exposure to construction or earthmoving equipment (essential)
- Trade qualified to Australian Standard in Plant/Mobile Plant Technology, Heavy Vehicle, General Fitter or similar
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage field service requirements
- Highly motivated with a strong customer service focus




- A regard for the health and safety of yourself and others
- Strong communication skills
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to travel as required (essential)
