Post Office Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our busy pub kitchen, offering an $80,000+ super salary and a permanent full-time role. Working with the Head Chef, you’ll lead a kitchen team, maintain high food quality and ensure effective service across busy periods.

You’ll contribute to menu development, mentor junior staff and uphold food safety, hygiene and cost control in a vibrant venue that aims to deliver great hospitality every day.
