Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist for our Rose Court facility in Gilles Plains, SA. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and coordinates front-line rosters for day, afternoon, and night shifts to ensure resident care and staffing stability.

You will lead roster management, backfill shifts, and collaborate with the workforce optimisation team. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.
