Ridley USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Laverton plant in Australia's Oceania Meat Processing team. You will drive safety, hit production targets, manage budgets and resources, and mentor staff while pushing continuous improvement initiatives.

You will ensure traceability, quality, and effective operations, collaborating with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues and sustain a productive, compliant site.
