About the role

Reporting to the 3PL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the inbound team, ensuring work is completed efficiently,



safely and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, supporting and motivating the inbound team
- Coordinating daily workflow and priorities
- Monitoring productivity, accuracy and service levels
- Supporting team members with operational queries and issuesEnsuring compliance with WHS and company procedures
- Assisting with continuous improvement across inbound operations
- Working collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

- Team Leader or Supervisory role within warehousing/logistics
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience coordinating a busy operational environment
- A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving ability
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to safety and operational excellence

Previous experience in 3PL or inbound logistics will be highly regarded.
