Skills and ExperienceProven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and lead a team.Solid communication, documentation, and clinical reporting skills.Proficiency in de-escalation techniques.3.Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with aged care software systems.Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) and compliance requirements.4.
