ISS is seeking a Return to Work specialist to support secure, timely recovery-at-work outcomes for injured employees. The role links employees, operations, the Injury Assist team, medical providers and insurers, translating certified capacity into practical RTW plans, suitable duties and workplace adjustments.
Role locations include Sydney and the NSW North Coast, with travel as required. The RTW Specialist coordinates planning and communication, while not replacing insurer authority or frontline
