Appointment Setters– High-Performance Outbound Team

Join a fast-growing financial services team helping everyday Australians improve their financial position and build long-term wealth.

You’ll speak with warm prospects who have opted into our funnels through advertising, focusing on qualifying conversations and booking appointments for our senior consultants.

This is not a closing role, no hard selling.

The Role

- Speak with warm leads generated via marketing campaigns
- Qualify prospects and book consultations
- Manage and own your pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene

What We’re Looking For

- Confidence on the phone
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Previous phone or sales experience required
- Property or financial services experience is a plus
