Inclusive Solutions Australia is looking for a highly capable Business Development Manager – NDIS to drive participant growth across South East Queensland.

This is a relationship-led business development role with responsibility for the full participant intake journey — from building referral networks and generating opportunities through to intake, conversion, onboarding and successful handover to Operations.

We're not looking for a generic salesperson.

We want someone who understands the NDIS, is exceptional with people, commercially switched on and highly organised. Someone who can build strong relationships and generate growth while maintaining excellent administration, follow-through and participant experience.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for developing ISA's referral pipeline and converting suitable opportunities into sustainable services.

Your role will include:

- Building strong relationships with Support Coordinators and key NDIS referral partners
- Proactively developing new referral networks and opportunities
- Generating and managing a healthy participant pipeline
- Responding to participant enquiries and managing intake
- Understanding NDIS plans, funding, goals and requested supports
- Identifying appropriate opportunities for ISA services
- Converting suitable referrals into ongoing participant services




- Working toward agreed participant-growth and recurring support-hour KPIs
- Preparing accurate Service Agreements and coordinating onboarding
- Maintaining accurate intake records, systems and follow-ups
- Working closely with Operations to ensure current services are deliverable and set up correctly
- Providing a complete handover before service commencement
- Following up new participants during the early stages of service to support retention
- Representing ISA at targeted stakeholder, networking and community opportunities

Who We're Looking For

You might currently work in NDIS business development, intake, community engagement, partnerships, Support Coordination or service coordination .

Your current job title matters less to us than your capability.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong practical knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector
- Understands NDIS plans, funding and provider services
- Is confident developing professional referral relationships
- Can turn relationships and enquires into genuine service opportunities
- Is warm, engaging and exceptional with participants and stakeholders
- Has strong commercial awareness and is comfortable working toward KPIs
- Is highly organised and administratively robust
- Communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing
- Can manage multiple referrals and priorities without losing track of follow-up
- Takes initiative and knows how to investigate and problem-solve
- Learns systems quickly
- Takes genuine ownership and follows things through to completion

Experience with ShiftCare,



Microsoft 365 or comparable participant-management/CRM systems will be highly regarded.

Relevant disability, community services, business or related qualifications are desirable; however, capability, NDIS knowledge and demonstrated experience are what matter most to us.

What Success Looks Like

This isn't a role where success is measured by how many networking events you attend.

We're looking for results.

Success means building genuine referral relationships, developing a strong pipeline, converting appropriate participants, securing sustainable recurring support hours and ensuring current participants are onboarded properly.

At ISA, bringing a participant through the door is only the beginning.

Quality of onboarding, Service Agreements, administration, operational handover, stakeholder experience and early participant retention all matter.

Remuneration

$85,000+ super, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.

We believe strong performance should be recognised.

Remuneration will be formally reviewed based on demonstrated performance against agreed KPIs, sustainable participant growth and broader performance expectations.
