Home Health Rehab is seeking a physiotherapist to join our mobile team, delivering home visits across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. You will work 2–3 days per week with adaptable days and no weekend work.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration, 2+ years of clinical experience, and a current Police Check. Travel to Geelong and Lara is expected, with admin support and mentoring from experienced clinicians.
