Business Development Manager

A dynamic digital agency in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

- Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)
- Sydney-based (In office)
- BDM, Sales, Client Partner, SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Web Builds
- Candidates must have full rights to work in Australia

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
- Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events




- Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs
- Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates

YOU NEED TO HAVE

- Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
- Self-driven with a solid desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
- Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
