Y Schools Queensland is seeking a Youth Work Advisor to lead practice development and coaching across multiple campuses. The role involves regular travel to campuses to observe practice, provide guidance, and support consistent implementation of the Youth Work Practice Framework within our wellbeing model.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years in youth work, solid trauma-informed and relational practice, and a track record of building capability across teams.
