Berry Street Yooralla is seeking a Case Manager for the Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) in Ballarat. You will coordinate practical, individualized support for young people aged 10–17 across Ballarat, Moorabool and Ararat, working with police, education and family services to close service gaps.

You will deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe case management, build protective factors, and connect youth and families with education and community resources in a team-oriented setting.
