EML, Australia’s leading personal injury claims manager, is seeking a Technical & Injury Management Specialist to join our Sydney team on a permanent, full‑time basis, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.

You’ll provide technical guidance to claims teams on complex cases, develop proactive injury management strategies, coach teammates, and support outcomes for workers and employers across NSW.
