Key responsibilities

- Leading, mentoring and developing the kitchen team
- Maintaining consistently high food quality, presentation and service standards
- Menu planning, development and seasonal updates
- Food costing, GP management and portion control
- Ordering and stock management
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Rostering and managing kitchen labour
- Working closely with management to achieve operational and financial targets
- Creating a positive, qualified and accountable kitchen culture

About you

- Previous experience as a Head Chef,



Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A strong understanding of food costs, labour costs and kitchen budgets
- A genuine passion for producing quality food
- The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
- A strong understanding of food safety and compliance
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- The ability to motivate and develop a professional kitchen team
- $105,000 + Superannuation
- Up to $10,000 in initial bonuses
- Percentage-based performance bonuses with no cap
