Position Summary

The Wealth Support Manager is responsible for the performance, leadership, and continuous improvement of PWG's Review and Implementation functions. These teams deliver ongoing client service, advice implementation, and post-advice administration at scale, playing a critical role in the overall client and advisor experience.

The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams while driving operational excellence, workflow efficiency, and continuous improvement across key service functions.

As a member of the Operations Leadership Team, the Wealth Support Manager partners closely with the operations leaders to deliver an integrated advice operating model and identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and service outcomes across the business

Key Responsibilities

This role will suit someone who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement, driving change, and creating an environment where both people and performance can thrive.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Lead and develop high-performing Review and Implementation Associate teams.
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve service delivery, workflow efficiency, and team productivity.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and scalability of our advice business

Our Ideal Candidate

You may currently be leading a client service, implementation, operations, advice support, or administration team and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your impact within a growing and evolving business

Experience Requirements

- 2-5 years’ experience leading advice support, client services or implementation teams in financial planning
- Solid working knowledge of ongoing service obligations and associated processes




- Hands-on experience deep knowledge of advice operations, compliance and licensee requirements with CRM and platform/insurance/super provider workflows
- Proven track record managing a team, SLAs, capacity, development and operational risk

Preferred Skills

- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-through
- Confident with data, dashboards and operational reporting
- High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
- Experience with Salesforce and Xplan (desirable)

Education Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce or related discipline (desirable)
- Diploma of Financial Planning / Financial Services or equivalent (desirable)
