Our client is a successful, family run, NDIS Allied health provider who are looking to welcome a driven and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team in a leadership position. This role offers a balance of community/clinic based models tailored to your preference, with flexible working environments available.

- Salary of $115,000- $130,000 + superannuation.
- Annual PD budget of $5000 + 2 days study leave, and monthly team training with external sources.
- Ongoing administrative support for contact, bookings, billing and administrative work.
- Access to brand-new state of the art clinic
- Flexibility to work from home, clinics or at client homes.

Your role will include:

- Lead a small multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs etc.
- Focus on PD, specialised training and assisting in new graduate training/education programs.
- Collaborate with team leaders amongst the business to create a positive working environment
- Work with a diverse caseload of clients from community, clinic and NDIS clients aged between 3-65 (common conditions include ASD, intellectual and physical disabilities)
- Role will be split between 3 days clinical and 2 days of management (caseload will be reduced due to increased leadership responsibilities).

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years postgraduate experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and vehicle
