KAW Chiropractic in Alfredton is growing fast. Multiple chiropractors, a front desk team that actually cares, more patients through the door every month, and a current purpose-built clinic opening next year.

What we don't have is one person owning the day to day. That's this job.

The deal

- 38 hours over four days.
- Not nine-day fortnights, not "flexible if it suits" — four days

Reports to the COO, sits on the leadership team from day one

What you'll own

- The Chiropractic Assistant team — rostering, training, day to day direction, performance
- Front desk flow and the patient experience standard
- Weekly team KPI meetings and reporting
- Onboarding and developing new team members
- Making sure our systems and SOPs are actually used, and better where they're not
- Jumping on the floor, because everyone here does

What we're looking for

- You've run a team before and you're comfortable holding people to a standard




- You've worked somewhere busy — a practice, a clinic, or another fast-moving service business
- You're organised without being rigid
- You can have a hard conversation without making it personal
- You're good with people. Patients and staff both
- Health, allied health or dental experience is a bonus, not a must

What we're not looking for

Someone who wants to be told what to do every day. Our systems are documented and our standards are clear. We need someone to run them, own them, and make them better.
