The Adult Mental Health Services North - Continuing Care Team (AMHS N CCT) in Launceston, part of the Tasmanian Department of Health, seeks an experienced clinician to provide specialist mental health assessment, evidence-based interventions and recovery-focused care to adults with complex conditions.

You will manage a clinical caseload and collaborate with families, carers and GPs to build individualized treatment and recovery plans.
