The Senior Advisor (Assessments) within the Ethical Standards Group conducts complex assessments and preliminary enquiries into alleged conduct matters, advising employees and senior leaders on sensitive complaints and Public Interest Disclosures.
You will document decisions, maintain case records, apply CaPE framework, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support an inclusive workplace in line with legislation.
